Who We Need
This position is working with our People First/HR team and located at our Administration office in Mesa, Arizona.
The Recruiter Assistant consists of providing stellar administrative and customer service support to all talent acquisition functions. Responsible for the coordination and planning of recruitment events and marketing initiatives to include University/College, community, and internal/external career fairs. Leading the coordination of events by registering to events and connecting with event representatives. Handles the upkeeping for social media and job boards, implementing best practices, capturing and advertising the positions of highest needs.
The Recruiter Assistant is responsible for high level administrative recruiting tasks to help and support staffing Copa Health will quality hires. The TAC works closely with department and leadership to ensure that all recruitment needs are met and follow closely to the 6 core values of Copa Health.

- Be outgoing and friendly. They will frequently be communicating with candidates, new hires/incoming employees, ensuring that each candidates questions are answered, and needs are met. - Be tech-savvy. Frequent use of computers and systems mean that you will need to be very familiar with Microsoft Office suite but frequent introduction to new systems should be expected, such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a HS/GED plus 2+ years’ of recruiting coordination, admin or HR experience
- Experience in the healthcare/human services field strongly preferred.
- Previous experience using an ATS system and sourcing candidates highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient level of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and ability to work in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Demonstrates proven skills in utilizing time management and organization to excel at job.
- Strong knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components and pre-employment items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Coordination and follow-up of all post offer paperwork to include offer letter, drug tests, job descriptions, and welcome emails.
- Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates.
- Source applicants through various resume databases, applicant tracking system, and social media platforms. .
- Assist applicants by handling phone calls, questions, in-person visits, careers email inbox, and other details before and after interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide support for onboarding functions, i.e., tracking of UA results, background check, etc. as required.
- Coordinate advertising initiatives for Indeed Sponsorship ads, Zip Recruiter, Glassdoor and other administrative planning and tasks with 3rd party ad companies.
- Works closely with Marketing Director collect Copa swag items and prints material flyers for all talent acquisition events.
- Provides support with the hiring manager and recruiter in making prescribed revisions on job descriptions.
- Provides assistance with reporting, data collections, and special projects.
- Plans and prepares for recruiting events such as presentations, career fairs and attends as needed.
- Supports other HR related administrative tasks as assigned or apparent.
