The key function of the Recruiter role is to match the right people to the right job. A Kestra Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and be responsible for creating innovative ways to manage full cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This position will build relationships with hiring managers, market jobs, source, screen candidates, negotiate compensation and make job offers to candidates while providing a first-class candidate experience. The Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.

- Plan, prepare, facilitate, and follow-through on talent discussions and recruitment plans across business units, functions, cross-functional pools, and varying levels of leadership
- Manage candidate database and recruiting platforms
- Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Focus on and seek ways to provide a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Remain current in knowledge of state and federal employment laws

WORK QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience Required:
- BS/BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience which include:
- Providing an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborating with hiring managers in multiple disciplines
- Interviewing candidates
- Sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent across a variety of disciplines.
- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
- Knowledge of various state(s) and federal laws regarding employment practices
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Skilled in offer negotiation
- Awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
- Adherence to high ethical and regulatory standards
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate and agency/executive search experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, and or sales preferred
- Experience in start up environment preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment

Salary: Annualized between $70,000 and $90,000. Depending on experience and location.

This role is an in-office position Monday – Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
