Requirement is completion of 1+ years of BSSM.
We are looking for a goal-driven and engaging Kingdom-minded Recruitment Advisor who will connect with prospective students and support them to begin their admissions process at BSSM on campus and online programs. This position reports to the Admissions Director who reports to the Admissions Overseer for Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. This is a part time position and candidate must have completed 1+ years of BSSM.
Salary Range : $15.50 -$16.50/hr
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, customer-tracking software.
- BSSM 1st year+ alumni
- Understands and advocates Bethel Church culture and core values
- Displayed track record of advanced performance and ability to meet objectives.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.
- High service-orientation and strong desire to work in a mission-driven culture and work in the best interests of the students.
- Advanced understanding of relationship building, understanding motivations and personal and professional aspirations.
- Experience pastoring, coaching or mentoring
- Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with students, customers and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong investigative and listening skills to solve problems and provide solutions
- Driven, self-motivated, self-starter
- Desire to work in a progressive, high energy and achievement-oriented environment.
- Demonstrable time management experience and ability to multitask and manage a variety of daily activities including outbound calling and applicant follow up.
- This role has minimal lifting requirements, may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Requires minimal (0-10 percent) business travel
- May occasionally require to work evenings and/ or travel to off-site meetings as requested and based on business needs.
- Individuals will spend time answering questions and assisting prospective applicants.
- Will be required to spend time communicating with prospective applicants online, on the phone, through email and texting.
- To provide great applicant experience for all incoming inquiries.
- High touch communication with individuals looking to begin BSSM programs online and on ground.
- High energy and positive attitude for each applicant interaction.
- First touch point representing BSSM and its core values relationally with prospective applicants.
