Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Sunrise Services is a human services agency that focuses on providing for the unmet needs of vulnerable individuals in our community. We provide caregiving services, mental health resources, vocational services, and much more! Our work is dedicated to serving those who are elderly, disabled, or have mental health challenges.

General Responsibilities: Takes a pro-active approach to attract talent to the organization. Focus on brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement and lead generation-attracting quality candidates that help recruiters fill jobs faster and easier.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Expand and increase recruiting networks, contacts and resources to strengthen company’s strategic vision for obtaining and sustaining the best possible employees for each individual available position.
  • Compares wages and benefits with competitors
  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results
  • Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements
  • Works with Human Resources to create engaging job descriptions
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
  • Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
  • Design and plan recruiting events
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist but candidates with previous working experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Prior experience with social media platforms as well as Microsoft office
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Educational Requirements, Certifications and/or licenses:

  • 2-3 years experience in recruitment or marketing in a 300+ employee company
  • High school education required, Bachelors in Human Resources or Marketing is preferred
  • DSHS background clearance required.

Compensation:
• $25 – $32.21/hour
• Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
