Blend 360 Business Intelligence practice’s goal is to achieve greater business value through the use of data by simplifying the architecture, standardizing process and tools, and building a data culture across the enterprise.
We seek a Solution Strategist or Technical Project Manager to manage our complex Data Science and Data Engineering projects.
Who you are:
You are a Technical Project manager with technical skills to manage highly technical projects (data science) . You have sufficient SQL and python skills to “get by”, as well as the fundamentals of statistics and big data, and knowledge about platforms and the tools typically used in data sciences.
You will:
- Manage the project plan, roadmap, and milestones.
- Work with the team to scope out tasks and build reasonable delivery dates.
- Work with senior management on prioritizing tasks and deliverables.
- Weekly and monthly updates to senior leadership.
- Organize the team’s processes, including daily standups, office hours, and weekly meetings.
- Manage any cross-team dependencies
- Communicate to upstream dependencies including the executive data warehouse team (IT).
Qualifications
Must Haves:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Passing SQL and Python skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to communicate complex topics to varieties of audiences
- Obviously, client facing and comfortable presenting results/insights to the end client
- Independent thinker
- Ability to work closely with colleagues and client teams
- Ability to work in a fast-pace work environment
- Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity, ability to make decisions in the presence of ambiguity
- 5 – 8 years pf corporate project management experience
Additional Information
The starting base pay range for this role is $100k – $115k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
