Global Business Unit Renewables is supporting the Group to accelerate RES asset development with an EBIT around €1.5Bn. We count 5,000 employees and more than 50 nationalities across 20 countries. With an installed capacity of 35 GW across 4 Operational Areas, GBU Renewables manages a diversified portfolio of assets including Solar (4.5 GW), Wind (12.5 GW) and hydro (18 GW) assets. Our ambition is to multiply by 2.6 our installed capacity to 80 GW in 2030.

Within the Global Business Unit Renewables, we are seeking an experienced Deployment and Adoption Lead to join our growing team, focusing on the successful deployment of our innovative renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in IT & Digital field, in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in the renewable energy sector.

As the Regional Deployment and Adoption Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and adoption of our central solutions by the regions and countries where the Global Business Unit Renewables is present. Candidates with experience in Agile methodology and technical skills with Power BI, Grafana, or similar visualization tools, will be highly preferred.

This position is located in Houston, TX, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL or Santa Barbara, CA. The position reports to the Performance Monitor and Analytics Director.

What you’ll do:
• Drive the deployment and the adoption of Global Platforms and Global processes in your region and countries:
• Lead the planning, execution, and management of the portfolio of deployment projects within your region
• Create dashboards and reporting (in Grafana or PowerBI) to facilitate adoption of platforms
• During the project phase, organize the governance and the link between the Digital Platform teams and the End Users, the local ITs to have a sustainable Run.
• Implement adoption strategies to drive user engagement and ensure seamless integration of global platforms within your region
• Identify potential challenges and risks in the deployment process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Build and animate the network of Change Management in RGBU/Regions/Countries to deploy the Integrated Management System of the Renewable Business.
• Monitor adoption progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Continuously improve deployment and adoption processes by leveraging industry best practices and incorporating feedback from countries and team members.
• On Operational Performance :

o Together with the Fleet Manager and the Fleet Performance Diagnostic Centers, leading the convergence of the local operational process to industrialize them and converge to a central operational process

o Push the awareness of the value to get global tooling like CMMS, Asset Management to industrialize the renewable businesses within your country.
• Implement deployment of Global Tools-Platform / Global Processes in a complex organization (RGBU, T&G Regions and Countries) with many stakeholders.
• Challenge local and global team to strike the balance between Global/local platform.
• Drive the change in a complex organization.

What you bring:

  • Engineering School or University degree in computer science or related subject.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • Strong Background in Renewable at least on Wind and Solar
  • Experience in team/project management with Agile methodology
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Excellent knowledge of Wind and Solar ecosystem,
  • Data Management
  • Business Process Design
  • Strong background leading successful deployments and driving adoption of complex solutions in a client-facing role
  • Team and project management skills.
  • Data analytics skills with Power BI, Grafana, or similar tools are preferred
  • Client Centricity is a must

  • Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
