REGIONAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

The NAM Regional Account Director is responsible for the development and nurturing of a key client within the beverage industry in the NYC area. This role is essential in building and strengthening relationships with the client and identifying growth opportunities for the business as well as ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets.

We are seeking a candidate with an in-depth experience of working in the marketing sector, servicing clients across studio and production (packaging, premiums, temp/perm displays) to drive the Client Services team and deliver ongoing solutions to resolve client challenges. Ideal candidates are self-starters, diligent, possess accountability, high-energy and passionate about strategic and creative solutions that exceed client expectations.

The US base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives in addition to base salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate Develop and expand strong and strategic relationships with the client stakeholders to increase revenue opportunities while upholding superior service and transparency standards
  • Delivering operational excellence
  • Delivering value to our clients by managing existing program scopes, while identifying new workstreams / solutions that leverage HH Global’s full suite of services and capabilities
  • Play a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction, including client liaison, management of internal resource departments and management of external suppliers
  • Manage the on and off-site Account Teams that operate in the areas of the clients business under your direction ensuring compliance to company operating procedure
  • Manage the personal development of your team members through, appraisals, one-to-one meetings, mentoring and training
  • Take ownership of and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions
  • Developing effective growth strategies and managing the opportunities for these Clients
  • Build client development plan and client strategy
  • Achieve and excel growth targets
  • Manage overall financial performance of the account, risk analysis and remedy
  • Identifying risks to the account and putting in place strategies to manage these risks
  • Contract review and renewal
  • Develop strong relationships with senior key decision makers
  • Regular MI reporting and production of account relationship plans

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of client service management experience, ideally with time spent working on the client site or sites
  • Propensity and experience interfacing with senior level, decision maker relationships.
  • Able to present account planning and strategy for retention, growth and added value
  • Significant experience of managing work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experienced in taking responsibility for managing client service plans, KPI’s, budgeting, forecasting and leadership
  • Significant experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Performance Improvement philosophy and transformation
  • Previous experience of presenting to Senior Management/Board level
  • Strong experience of dealing with large P&L budgets
  • Proven track record of operational management for client services departments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships at all levels, with all types of people up to Board level
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation – with clarity of expression
  • Passion for quality
  • Can anticipate internal and/or external business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Extensive people management experience including performance management and team leadership
  • Experience of managing department financials
