Responsibilities
Full time Tier 1 CS support representative for our Regional team. This is a remote position. Representatives work within established protocols to associate cards/fobs/other access devices with specific access levels, run card reports, troubleshoot card issues, and create access levels. Representatives interact daily with clients via telephone and email. Overtime and advancement opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- Must display excellent attention to detail.
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with employees and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- 1-2 Years of data entry and customer service experience. Experience in a call center or technical atmosphere preferred.
- Must have a solid technical knowledge base.
- Knowledge of Windows is required, as well as the ability to quickly learn additional software tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Must be reliable and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Must be able to work successfully in a team-oriented environment, and independently
