REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER – PHOENIX REGION
Job Description:
The Regional Facilities Manager for Keller Management is focused on providing support to several multifamily properties, including problem solving, coaching, construction project management, material identification and sourcing, preventative maintenance, ensuring safety and protocol compliance, policy creation, etc.
This job role includes ongoing efforts with site teams, regional managers, and other executive team members.
Regional Facilities Manager will be involved in numerous facility related activities, including but not limited to budget creation, strategic planning, operational support, project planning and execution, inspections, training, and value add activities. This role will work directly with site facility teams to address facilities challenges and will work to complete Capital improvement Projects.
An ideal candidate seeks knowledge and improved abilities, desires to understand root cause and effective resolution of challenges, is a self-starter with great personal motivation, and has passion for whatever projects on which they choose to focus.
Qualifications:
- 5 years construction management or facilities management- Multifamily experience is a plus.
- Current EPA and CPO certification and knowledge of Pools and HVAC.
- Broad understanding of building systems including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, etc.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills.
- Must be highly proficient in web based and PC based software.
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with contract creation, negotiation, and execution.
- Remodeling and Contracting experience a plus.
