We are looking for:
- To manage and support the business growth for Amine products in the North America region.
- Be accountable for the commercial results in terms of volume and contribution margin.
- Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth opportunities and innovation projects.
- Deliver on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets.
We count on you for:
- Support the deployment of the Amine Value Creation Plan (VCP) plan in the region; deliver growth of sales and ICM as per MTP;
- Establish/maintain major customer relationships;
- Ensure regional promotional activities to support business development;
- Provide demand forecast to be consolidated by supply chain, participate to review/sanity check;
- Participate in the budget and BFR process, communicate with RMD, Global Marketing and Controlling during each iteration in the process;
- Handle day-to-day pricing related enquiries from external and internal customers;
- Implement the Amine margin policies and manage pricing and margin evolution;
- Deliver on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets;
- Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth opportunities and innovation projects;
- Ensure commercial and performance excellence best practices, according to sales minimum requirements;
- Participate to cross functional collaboration, team effectiveness and performance;
You will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, formulation), MBA preferred, and a minimum of five years as Business Development or Account Manager engaged in complex solution selling to specialty chemical sector;
- Experience in Amines market is preferred;
- Highly motivated, resourceful and results orientated;
- Hunter / entrepreneurial spirit, driven by results;
- Customer orientation is a key success factor for this position;
- Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly targets;
- Strong negotiation/closing skills;
- Experience with product launch, development of 5 year strategic roadmap/operational marketing plan.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $130,000 to $162,200 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
