Senior Manager, Talent Operations

As Talent Operations Lead for our Product capability in North America, you will play a central role in driving progress against targets set for the business performance, individual growth, and satisfaction of our people – the most critical part of our business. You will:

  • Create clarity with data by synthesizing, analyzing, and reporting on key financial, business, and workforce metrics that reflect the health of our team
  • Drive measurable business results through close, consistent, action-oriented partnership with team leaders and other departmental functions

Your Impact

  • Aggregate and synthesize disparate information to report on key metrics (e.g. revenue, profit margin, talent mix, utilization, skill development, team performance, hiring, attrition, engagement, etc.), progress against our targets, and provide insights on areas needing attention
  • Partner closely with senior capability leaders to realize business improvements by identifying improvement initiatives and driving changes in operations, processes and organization
  • Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders – including finance, staffing, hiring, people strategy, and learning – to collect information, make decisions, and drive impact
  • Collaborate with our global Product leadership team and your peers in EMEA and India to share learnings and define, develop, implement, and evolve scalable programs

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Evidence of impact driving operational improvements for a large, matrixed, globally distributed organization (preferably professional services)
  • Excellent data analysis skills (including advanced Excel and PowerBI), with an ability to interpret multiple data points to identify patterns, anomalies, themes and issues
  • A track record of success with driving measurable business outcomes using OKRs
  • Capable of finding or imposing order in ambiguous environments with a proven ability to tackle a diverse set of organizational challenges, recognize patterns, and develop scalable solutions
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an Agile fashion

Salary Range:

Pay Range: $108,000 – $200,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
