Description
Salary Range $100k – $130k
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the field service team, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring technician performance.
- Ensuring that field service technicians have the necessary resources, tools, and equipment to perform their jobs effectively.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the field service team, including identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensuring that all field service activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state and national regulations.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on the performance of the field service team, including metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s business in the region.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the region to ensure that their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring field service technicians and associated support staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s Degree a plus).
- Technical Training/Certifications a plus.
Professional experience:
- Five-plus years’ field service experience in the compressed air industry (preferred), HVAC, industrial equipment, forklifts, or construction equipment.
- Proven leadership experience with strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems a plus.
