This full-time recycling team position earns a competitive wage of $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. You also receive a sign-on bonus!

We offer this full-time regrind specialist position a great job with steady hours! You work Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Regrind and Recycling Specialist with our manufacturing company, your day is filled with diverse responsibilities aimed at promoting sustainability and minimizing waste. You spend your day recycling saw shavings, ensuring the efficient utilization of materials. Additionally, you perform micro runs and scrap runs, carefully managing the recycling process. Railcar switching is part of your role, ensuring smooth transportation of materials. You are also responsible for recycling substandard PVC products into reusable materials, contributing to our commitment to sustainability. Operating a forklift will be a regular task, allowing you to efficiently handle materials and equipment. The preparation of PVC for recycling is essential to ensure effective processing. As a dedicated specialist, you keep the inside and outside of the building clean, maintaining a tidy and organized work environment. Communication with the Regrind Specialist on GPK runs, scrap runs, and other duties is crucial for effective coordination and collaboration. Operating company trucks is required for transportation and other tasks as needed. Finally, you must be flexible to perform any other duties assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of our recycling and regrind processes. Your commitment to sustainability and your ability to adapt to various responsibilities make a significant impact on our environmental efforts.
