Job Description
As a Business Process Analyst with 10+ years of experience, you will assist businesses with their process improvement and help them achieve their business goals by identifying technical problems and developing solutions that help support the business objectives. You will assist in developing/implementing business plans/initiatives and develop plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes. You will conduct evaluations of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives while working with customers to understand the requirements and to identify process optimization opportunities while working on projects to gather and analyze data, develop solutions, and make recommendations to improve the organization’s productivity, often by refining strategy or infrastructure.
Qualifications
Be able to evaluate existing business processes and outlining business process improvements.
Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
Collect data, perform root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business.
Defining the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and the measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.
Monitoring and reporting process performance against KPIs.
Analyze and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversees process change implementation and testing, and reviews changes to ensure they result in measurable organizational improvements.
Assists in the development and delivery of training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.
Serve as the responsible owner for getting a problem permanently resolved or prevented as soon as possible and managing and coordinating all problems through the process.
Monitor and control the detection, recording, assignment, escalation, and resolution of problems.
Assess current processes especially relating to data generation and consumption across the enterprise.
Identify gaps in processes and present to internal and external stakeholders.
Support engineering team and ensure new technology solutions are aligned with customer needs and close identified gaps in processes.
Ability to communicate and elicit feedback and requirements across the board (from end users to executives).
Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
Understanding of data ingest-process-egress systems.
Additional Information
Experience and Education
Performs work under minimal supervision and able to handle complex issues..
Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in engineering, business, computer science, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a consulting position and demonstrated leadership skills including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. (optional)

Note: 2-3-month contract with possibility of extension. $45-$65/hr.
