We are looking for a Remodel Technician who is self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary. The experience in all fields is not necessary, but the willingness to learn, listen, and work hard is. To be successful as a Remodeling Technician, you will need to understand and support the Company’s Mission, Culture and Unique Values at all times and in all work as WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Remodel Technician Responsibilities and Requirements
- Excavation, groundwork, insulation, roofing, concrete work, concrete prep, paint, drywall, trim, flooring, electrical, plumbing and anything else we need to do to complete the project.
- Tools you will potentially work with on a regular basis include circular saw, mitre saw, nail gun, drills, hammer drills, various hand tools for digging, and sanders.
- You will also be using ladders and scaffolding on a regular basis.
- You will be required to purchase and bring to job site daily: Tool belt to include 25′ tape measure, pencil, razor knife, 22 oz hammer, nail puller, chalk box, dust mask, gloves and lunch box.
- All other equipment will be provided by the company.
Remodel Technician Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic construction/carpentry tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to follow directions
- Hardworking and attentive to detail
- Previous experience as a Remodeler or Carpenter Helper is a plus (not required)
Remodel Technician Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
