Job description:

In your new role you will:

• Support the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategies and programs for the Americas region, including events, Americas Corporate Citizenship, the employee e-store, media relations and social media
• Help with content, such as newsletters, blogs, intranet pages, presentations, emails, and social media posts
• Support events, such as webinars, All Hands Meetings, and trade shows
• Research new ideas and assist with data analytics

Learning outcomes:

• Gain hands-on experience in internal and external/marketing communications in a large, multi-national corporation
• Practice creative skills through content creation for multiple channels
• Strengthen strategic planning, professional and communications skills

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this position if you are/have:

• Rising Junior level or higher working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or other related fields of study (recent graduates considered)
• 0-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (writing samples will be requested)
• Writing experience/familiarity with AP Style is a bonus
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and building relationships
• Strong project management skills to work on various projects at once and be detail-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with graphics creation and photo editing
• Interest in technology
