Call Center Supervisor
We are looking for a top-notch Call Center candidate for our client to supervise their customer service team, inside-sales department (call center), logistics department and the general office operations. We are seeking someone with experience
Experience:
- Three of more years of wholesale experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Website/e-commerce knowledge
- Familiarity with vendor guides & shipping logistics
Salary: $75k base plus bonus potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
Experience and Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 years of ACD call center experience required.
4. Minimum of 1 year in medical or healthcare environment preferred.
5. Bilingual in Spanish required.
