Responsibilities

State Farm’s Enterprise Technology Department includes the Agent & Contact Center Service Experience (ACCSE) product suite that needs more talented software engineers. The suite creates servicing experiences for the insurance industry’s largest and best agency force – over 19k captive agents and their office staffs as well as the contact centers that support agents and customers. Even the most elite Software Engineers are continually challenged by the scale and complexity to leverage cutting edge technology to develop innovative solutions. Qualified candidates will bring a track record of learning and applying creative technology solutions for business problems.

As a Software Engineer you will:

  • Apply full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation, support, and sunset

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience supporting a contact center using AWS Connect including:

  • JavaScript experience
  • Previous work in developing voice and chat contact flows within AWS Connect integrating AWS Lex, Lambda and Dynamo components as well as understanding AWS Connect functionality (routing profile/queue creation, reporting, user setup, etc.)
  • Experience integrating API’s into codebase
  • Previous experience with AWS CloudWatch
  • Infrastructure support (experience in Terraform preferred)
  • Support of contact center environment or knowledge of contact center operations

Additional Salesforce experiences a plus:

  • Apex Triggers, Webservices, and batch
  • Custom Components Lighting Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flexipages, Modal Screen Flows, and Dashboards
  • Integrations with AWS and Org-to-Org Connectors

Salary Range: $95,000-$159,000

For NYC and CT candidates:

Potential salary range: $69,114.50- $169,250

Potential yearly incentive pay- 4%-12% of base salary
