Overview:
The Manager of Enterprise Talent Solutions is the critical business development role in a newly formed information technology enterprise talent solutions group at DeVry responsible for creating new and cultivating existing enterprise partnerships. This new group is charged with developing innovative and high growth, high-impact partnerships with major Fortune 1000 enterprises and technology organizations with the key focus on closing the technology and workforce gap in cyber security and other critical technology workforce areas. This role requires a relentless focus on enterprise engagement and business development, systematic account management and development, an innovative mindset around solutions and discovery, and a high degree of collaboration and organizational agility in managing resources across DeVry and within partner organizations. This team will leverage the university’s critical resources and capabilities to build a new service line. Engagement opportunities may range from mid-level leaders to C-suite influencers and decision-makers. This position reports to the VP of Enterprise Talent Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospects and secures net new enterprise partnerships in support of DVU mission
- Develops strong and collaborative relationships with internal employer-focused organizations to create net new enterprise opportunities
- Grows existing corporate accounts by creating expanded, strong, value-based partnerships and leveraging existing senior relationships within the employer base
- Researches company needs, secures executive sponsorship, develops proposals, and negotiates contracts
- Develops and executes the vertical strategy
- Meets with senior management (C suite, Vice Presidents, and Directors) of the existing base to expand relationships and secure enterprise solutions partnerships and hiring opportunities for DeVry graduates
- Plans, organizes and leads a consultative business development process
- Formulates and executes plan to achieve growth and revenue goals
- Manages and develops deep relationships with key stakeholders within existing DVU clients
- Conducts high-level strategy meetings and quarterly review meetings wherein the partnership is evaluated, measured and if necessary, altered to drive required results
- Fully accountable to DVU results and equally comfortable holding employer accountable to partnership agreements
- Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by client and awareness of competitors in the education space
- Complies with Salesforce processes necessary to track performance and monitor trends
- This role does not have student recruitment responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful business-to-business tech sales experience, key account generation and management
- Track record in closing enterprise contracts
- Proven ability to understand enterprise partner’ diversity and talent acquisition issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions to achieve their business goals
- Experience creating c-level partnerships between corporate organizations
- Ability to initiate and lead effective senior-leader level discussions
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, strategic, logical and methodical thinker
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to inspire loyalty and trust

- Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange ideas
- Strong interest in the Education industry preferred
- Demonstrated success in positioning partnerships or sales at senior levels
