A highly reputable personal injury law firm with a commitment to the pursuit of justice for individuals who have endured traumatic events is on the lookout for a Personal Injury Trial Paralegal to join their team! This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work for candidates from anywhere within the state of California. The firm is seeking an individual with a background in personal injury law, who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will become an integral part of a team that consists of 2-3 attorneys, 3 paralegals, 1 legal assistant and 1 investigator.

Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Support two attorneys in plaintiff personal injury cases
- Manage a heavy case load of files
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and investigators
- Expertise in discovery processes
- Assist in drafting complaints
- Follow cases through to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Manage calendars and deadlines
- Schedule depositions and mediations
- Prepare cases for trial, including exhibit and witness lists
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in CA Personal Injury
- Strong computer skills
- Experience preparing cases for trial
- Proficiency in setting depositions, preparing pleadings, calendaring, and all aspects of litigation
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury cases
- CA Paralegal certificate OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Must live in CA
