Responsibilities Include:
Maintain overall execution of the work on all aspects of resource management related to each project including assigning work, choosing team members, monitoring effort and evaluating performance, with a goal of fulfilling all project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
– At least (10) years of progressively responsible roles in Federal Construction Project Management; preferably in government contract management
– Min 5-6 years of managing PM’s in the federal space
– Experience with Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build projects
– Unified facility suspects government standards
– Finance and cost field
CPAR (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting) evaluation from the Government Contracting Officer.

– PMP
