What Will I be Doing?

The Sales and Marketing Business Operations Analyst is responsible for compiling and producing reports and analysis for the Business Management team. Reports will consist of regularly produced and ad hoc sales and marketing performance, payroll, and tracking metrics. The position will work closely with senior leadership while providing insights into the operational components of sales and marketing.

The Sales and Marketing Business Operations Analyst will drive company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Premium inventory control
  • Exception reporting – Tour/ Contract modifications
  • Action Line and In-House sales performance by sales center
  • Sales Incremental Commission reporting
  • Marketing CPT/Cost % reporting
  • Contest, Spiff, and Showcase efficiencies
  • Point person for Chorus Marketing system
  • Ad Hoc analysis for Business Management leaders
  • Bi-Weekly staff meeting contribution
  • Prepare and distribute compensation plans
  • Audit shared payroll folder
  • Run commission tier reports
  • Respond to payroll hotline and email
  • Research payroll discrepancies
  • Prepare draft compensation plans
  • Update compensation plan tracker
  • Collect compensation plan signatures
  • Point person for Callidus implementation
  • Yearly audit of annual bonuses and true-ups
