Remote Technical Documentation Analyst – State Healthcare

We are currently seeking a Remote Technical Documentation Analyst – State Healthcare to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming (US-WY), United States (US).

As a Technology Analyst, you will analyze applications and systems, then coordinate with project leadership to develop client-facing deliverables. In this role, the candidate will analyze business and technical user needs, document findings, and create/revise existing system documentation. This will be a very dynamic position working with NTT Data’s Government Consulting & Advisory Group (GCA). This is a Business unit specializing in providing IT consulting services specifically for State Government Agency Programs, with a long history with Medicaid Programs. This practice is growing very rapidly and we need to expand our Team! This is a fulltime, salaried position that would be remote.
Primary Job Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements.
• Respond to client inquiries involving application/system questions.
• Create and deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
• Interact with clients as a key liaison between business and technology findings documentation.
• Works with internal teams to understand customer requirements and to create compelling, compliant and efficient deliverables.
• Ability to elaborate on the details of a project.
• Conducts win themes sessions and proposal storyboarding successfully to build the storyline for the deliverable.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 4 years of business or technology analysis experience including:
o Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and documentation
o Demonstrated experience working with government healthcare entities
o Demonstrated experience working in client facing role(s)
o Demonstrated experience in creation and maintenance of MS SharePoint site(s)

Preferred Qualifications
• Thorough knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives
• Related technical certifications in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data management, or software development is a plus.
• Able to interview technical professionals and produce materials supporting technical processes.
• Experience working in a team environment while making everyone accountable for their tasks as per the RACI
• Must possess technical writing, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong command over English language.

For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $66,000-90,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
