Description
Summary
This position is part of our customer service function that focuses on managing rental payments for our tenants and owners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Manage an ACH payment system used for rent making payments.
- Answer customer questions regarding their account and troubleshoot issues.
- Contact customers with delinquent accounts via telephone, email, and mail.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment, arrange for debt repayment, and establish payment schedules.
- Monitor and follow up with tenants and property owners on delinquent accounts using cloud-based software and other technologies.
- File evictions on severely delinquent accounts as needed.
- Enforce all lease terms, including utility bill payment requirements and issue lease violations.
- Assist with HOA Rules and Regulations and Section 8 compliance.
- Perform rental verifications via fax and phone.
- Assist with call volume during rent collection periods throughout the month.

- Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, administrative role or a related field.
