Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience and education)
Job Location: This position is located at the Harry S Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, Missouri.

This position supports the agency’s goal to facilitate the flow of insurance market information for consumers, insurance companies, departmental staff, and policymakers in monitoring the health of the insurance markets in Missouri.
What will you do in this position?
- Produce reports on the insurance markets in Missouri
- Develop and maintain internal and external dashboards
- Assist in the development and maintenance of analytical models
- Collect and validate data from insurance industry participants
- Correspond with insurance companies regarding data submissions and filing requirements
- Maintain a standardized data analysis process
What are the qualifications for the position?
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification. (Substitutions may be allowed).
- Tableau or other data visualization experience
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAS, R, or Python statistical programming
- 2+ years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization software
