Job Description

The position must be a motivated specialist who has the ability to think quickly, handle complex situations, and can provide the wholesale, groups, and OTA’s with the highest quality of service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Booking reservations though various channels
  • Extranets
  • Email / Requests
  • Wholesale Contracts
  • Travel Agents
  • Online Bookings
  • Online Travel Agencies
  • Internal Website
  • Familiarity and efficiency with computer systems, knowledge of seasonal rates and awareness of black-out dates.
  • Confirming/Canceling reservations
  • Problem resolution – Ability to solve problems without hesitation.
  • Communicate Allotment, Rates, Availability Updates
  • Update all Channels of Reservations through each website
  • Process all charges based on payment terms
  • Communicate credit card transactions
  • Confirmation information
  • Analyze and Report accounting Issues

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
