Job Description
Manage your flows by answering all inbound phone calls with the primary purpose of manifesting tours for the Sales Line.
Duties
- Answer multi-line phones
- Speedily and Accurately manifest tour reservations. Research reservation issues as they occur.
- Make sure all tours meet the minimum qualifications set forth by management. Updates Tour Count Board.
- Track gifts when necessary to ensure certain shows are not overbooked. Track tours by wave and location
- Provide end-of-the-day reports/summaries to both sales & marketing managers
- Communicates with personnel in other WG departments and with management regarding closing waves
- Assist supervisor and manager in small projects
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must project a professional appearance and attitude. Customer service and Data Entry experience is a plus. Minimum 60 wpm. Must have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Must be able to communicate effectively. Multitasks and works well under pressure with precision. Pays attention to details.
