We are currently recruiting for a full-time Resident Account Administrator to join our property management teams. This open position is based at our Corporate Offices in York, PA.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, computer proficient, previous bookkeeping and customer service experience, reliable transportation, and current drivers’ license.
Responsibilities:
- Charge and post payments accurately and efficiently in RealPage
- Charge and process late fees and late notices.
- Scan and process daily bank deposits
- Notify residents of returned checks
- Set up and monitor Auto Pay requests
- Analyze, charge and process utility invoices
- Generate utility invoices for in-house charges
- Use RealPage to update resident accounts and conduct research
- Process and verify move-in, renewal, and move-out transactions in RealPage
- Process security deposit dispositions within applicable time constraints
- Process cancelled/denied applications
- Use Excel Spreadsheets as a basis for updating accounts
- Generate and mail letters to residents on a monthly, and as needed, basis
- Answer resident calls/emails regarding their account
- Prepare paperwork for court filings and collections as needed
- Create and monitor in house collection payment plans
- Review various weekly and monthly reports
- Process month-end close
- File miscellaneous documents as needed
- Assist residents attempting to access the Resident Portal
Essential Physical Qualifications:
- Bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, lifting up to 15 pounds, stretching, squatting, and walking
Non-Essential Physical Qualifications:
- Running and lifting over 15 pounds
