Boutique Recruiting has teamed up with a fun and innovative construction company based out of Exton, PA to find a Residential Assistant Project Manager to lead the construction of commercial, residential, rental and recreational treehouses! This role is ideal for someone with a love for the outdoors, a deep understanding of home construction, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation, and hands-on building. Pay Range: $124,800 – $135,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and oversee the construction of treehouses and tree-house homes
- Lead a team of carpenters and provide mentorship and guidance
- Conduct material takeoffs and manage project budgets
- Collaborate with subcontractors and ensure all projects adhere to permitting and safety regulations
- Assist in project estimating and scheduling
- Collaborate closely with the COO and Founder/PM to ensure project success
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in home construction
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong skills in material takeoffs, scheduling, and budget management
- Understanding of permitting, plumbing, and subcontractor management
- BA degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility for 75% overnight travel (3 weeks on the road, 6 days at home)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a close-knit team
