Description

Being the Residential Night Supervisor you will coordinate residential client and operational services for the Flagship Campus during the weekend and evening hours. The Residential Night Supervisor leads the residential mentor night team to ensure quality programming for adult survivors of domestic violence.

Your Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday thru Friday 8 p.m.-5 a.m.
  • Work Model: 100% onsite
  • Local Travel: 25% or less

Our Total Compensation Package:

  • Starting Salary Range: $2,312.50 semi-monthly or $55,500 annually
  • Shift Differential: $2,000 annually

Qualifications

The Requirements We are Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, social work, or similar.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working within a residential setting, housing program, working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, or similar in a social service setting working with vulnerable populations with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A minimum of two years experience leading a team with direct reports.
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English, able to read, speak, and write fluently, preferred.
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Teams.

What you Deliver in this role:

  • You will manage all residential services under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Residential Client Services during the evening and overnight hours.
  • You will supervise, train, coach, and evaluate the Residential Mentor overnight staff, including interns and volunteers.
  • You will develop, implement, and ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and department policies and procedures for staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • You will conduct intakes as needed. Provide new clients with assistance and completion of all documentation.
  • You will ensure the quality of client services provided to clients, thereby directly affecting clients sense of safety and well-being in the shelter.
    • You will provide clients with assistance and complete all documentation.
    • You will provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • You will be available to provide coverage on holidays and weekends in unexpected emergencies.
  • You will complete projects, meetings, and training as assigned.
  • Other duties as needed.
