What you’ll do
As the Residentail Treatment Specialist Lead you will maintain a safe and healthy residential community, where recovery can be practiced. Under the supervision of the Residentail Treatment Specialist Manager and in accordance with company policy, goals and purpose you will organize the residential milieu for asigned shift. Perform and document daily shift activities as required by program policies, contract stipulations and professional standards. You will supervise and monitor resident movement, activity and rule compliance by maintaining auditory and visual line of sight, and is accountable for the whereabouts of residents in care at all times. You will support the Behavioral Health Diviosn by ensureing provisions of quality care for effective chemical dependency services. You will model competency, and good judgement while performing all job duties.
What you’ll bring
(Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience
- AA degree or
- Have a high school diploma or high school equivalency course of study (GED/HSEC) and one of the following;
- One year of successful experience in the human services field
- One year of successful experience in a team lead position in residential treatment facility.
- Two years of social services education may be substituted for the required experience.
