About The Positions
Patio Bartender
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor setting, taking in the stunning views of the Hood Canal while you set up your bar to create mixological masterpieces. As a Patio Bartender, you’ll be responsible for creating delicious and refreshing cocktails to go with our delectable dishes as well as serving beer and wine to seated and walk-up patrons. Please be aware, this position is in a covered area, but one with the outdoors. Expect bugs, smoke, and our ever-cherished Pacific Northwest rain!
Banquet Bartender
Banquet Bartenders are responsible for running their bar for banqueted events. They are an essential piece of making events- and memories- special. As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll set up and breakdown your bar and serve a selection of delicious hand-crafted cocktails as well as beer and wine for guests.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Weekend availability , required
- (for Patio Bartenders) 3+ years full-service Bartending experience, preferred
- (for Banquet Bartenders) 3 months as a barback, minimum (1+ years preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, beer, wine, and liquor, preferred
- Possess or obtain Washington State Food Handlers Card – required within 14 days from starting work
- Possess or obtain Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit – required within 60 days from starting work

- Interpersonal : Ability to work/communicate effectively verbally with multiple operating departments. Able to speak, read and write English.
- Work habits : Ability to work independently, autonomously and without supervision, while also able to follow written and verbal instructions when necessary. Able to work long hours and overtime if necessary. Team-oriented.
