We are currently seeking a Resource Manager to be part of the Gemini management team; the purpose of this position is to efficiently manage all of Gemini’s resources.

This position is responsible for coordinating with customers for the entire life cycle of the project while making the utmost effort to mitigate risk. This includes initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project. The resource manager is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. He/she will ensure the highest level of satisfaction from the customer, maintaining contact and managing any change appropriately both on-site and within company.

Responsibilities:
• Foster new and existing customer relationships.
• Determine all necessary elements to achieve a successful project to include technical ability required, safety equipment required, tooling, and transportation.
• Develop a schedule of deliverables to the customer that is achievable and acceptable to both parties and will ensure all equipment and personnel are on-site prior to project kick-off.
• Lead projects from the office, utilizing his/her field resources as necessary through project completion and periodically reporting status to the team in the office.
• Assist the Project Coordinator in developing the budget for all projects assigned to him/her; includes making creative decisions to keep costs within project goals and competitive enough to win bids.
• Oversee upkeep of all assets, including trucks, tools and PPE
• Oversee purchasing of equipment (tools/trucks/PPE) and management of resources.
• Supervise the health and well-being of the technicians that report to him/her, including coordination of Gemini safety training programs, and management of Gemini EHS programs.
• Maintain a shared on-call status over weekends.
• Manage IT related to internal processes.
• Vet and hire new candidates, ensure candidates are eligible, capable, and a proper fit within the company.

Accountabilities/Performance Metrics:
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability per project and total group’s P&L.
• Maintains high level of communication with field employees and management.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical experience in the wind industry, resource management, and project management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate effectively with others and work independently within a team.
• Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for customers and delivering quality service.
• Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel, average 50% of the time.
• Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.
• Ability to see big picture, understanding of company goals and the ability to provide leadership for the successful implementation of those goals.
• A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary Range: $95,000 – $145,000 yr.
