The restaurant manager is in charge of overseeing restaurant and beverage operations in the front of the house. This person will be responsible for the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve sales objectives, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

- Minimum of 3 years experience managing in full service restaurant
- Experience with corporate systems and SOPs
- Passion for leadership and hospitality
- Proven leadership ability, willingness to continue honing your skills
- Hospitality Management degree is a plus, not required
- Proficient and experiened in scheduling and payroll functions
- Experience managing labor cost for the FOH
- Experience with scheduling staff and scheduling software(s)
- POS system management
- Experience with inventory and ordering product in the FOH
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
