Overview
Our newest therapeutic massage studio in Union Village, Henderson currently has an opening for our front desk position (also known as Wellness Membership Advisor, which is a sales & customer service role). We can accommodate either part-time or full-time, with weekend availability a must. This position will likely start out part-time during training and has the potential to increase up to 32 hours. Our Wellness Membership Advisors enjoy the following perks:

Here’s what we are looking for:
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
- The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
- The right candidate can turn any unsatisfactory client feedback/experience to a story of great customer service.
- Friendly, able to establish great rapport with clients, gets along well with colleagues, takes initiative, dependable and has great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling transactions, email and phone communications accurately.
- Greeting clients and assisting during the checkout process.
- Using discovery questions when booking/scheduling appointments and making recommendations.
- Light cleaning/studio maintenance tasks.
- Creating rapport and providing excellent customer care.
- Consistently and effectively endorsing/sharing information on our membership program.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
- Driven to create the best work environment for colleagues as well as the best experiences for the client.
