Job Description
The Retail Workforce Management Analyst will provide support to the Retail Field Leaders, Retail Stores and the corporate operations team by working collaboratively and independently to provide analytical support and administration of the Workforce Management System (UKG Dimensions). The Retail Workforce Management Analyst provides continuous Workforce Management application support, including scheduling, timecards, forecasting, troubleshooting, and training. This role will also provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and process improvement projects. Analytical duties including but not limited to tracking, identifying sales trends, field leadership performance, administration support and records maintenance.
Administer the Workforce Management system, including but not limited to forecasting, scheduling, administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Creates and implements Workforce Management audits and analysis to ensure system integrity.
• Ensures timely generation of schedules, ensuring that the company remains compliant with local and state posting requirements.
• Generates ad-hoc reports or data queries to support the retail operations division.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and opportunities impacting Skechers’ retail business, including actionable recommendations that quantifiably change outcomes.
• Assesses areas of opportunities and partners with management to identify solutions where knowledge gaps are a major contributing factor.
• Take ownership of data integrity, report distribution, and tool maintenance for retail operations.
• Manage all tactical details necessary to ensure complete and timely implementation of initiatives.
• Utilizes Company Resources such as Jira and Service Now to respond to requests from internal corporate departments for the retail field and ensures assigned tickets are tracked to resolution or escalated as necessary.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Utilize all company resources such as Microsoft Office, Jira, ServiceNow, UKG Dimensions, Business Intelligence Tool (such as Microstrategy, Tableau, Microsoft Power Bl)
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the department.

Qualifications
• Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy including confidentiality.
• Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities.
• Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, set appropriate priorities, and manage time effectively while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical fashion.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-
• High school diploma with at least 3 years of intermediate level administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail background is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
• SQL Experience Preferred.

Pay range for this position is $65,000-$85,000.
