Job Summary
As a Retoucher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products and optimizing their presentation for our online storefront. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product images are of the highest quality, accurately representing the products and enticing customers to make purchases. Your keen eye for detail, creative skills, and proficiency with photo editing software will contribute to maintaining a consistent and visually appealing online shopping experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Retouch product imagery to brand standards
- Retouch campaign and content imagery to brand standards as needed
- Follow brand guidelines for file naming, file size, and file format
- Utilize content management system and spreadsheets to accurately track product through workflows
What You’ll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in retouching
- Portfolio of retouched images showing before and after retouching
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert level eye for detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Efficient time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing industry trends and project requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite
- Advanced knowledge of Mac operating system
Nice to Have – Bonus Points!
- Working knowledge of Capture One, Creative Force, and Bynder
- Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with drawing tablets
