REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented people to join our team as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialists. Our RCM Specialists are responsible for accurately and efficiently processing MSO. This includes processing patient and insurance accounts, resolving open claims or client support issues, and determining the appropriate payer for Accounts Receivable. You’ll play a vital role in the patients’ experience with OCLI.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
- Works with OCLI staff in the planning, training, and support of MSO client rollouts.
- Creates, coordinates, and maintains MSO customer and OCLI requested reports.
- Helps maintain RCM related software that is taken on by the practice.
- Coordinates submission of claims to appropriate primary and secondary payers.
- Answers internal and external customer questions and resolves problems regarding billing.
- Assists with implementation, maintenance, support, and training for NextGen EPM.
- Researches and follows up with appropriate payers for unpaid insurance claims to obtain settlement of patient balances.
- Provides remote, telephonic, and on-site support to various OCLI clinical locations and MSO clients.
- Supports and adheres to department policies including strict patient confidentiality.

- You’re knowledgeable in ocular pharmacology such as anesthetics, steroids, antibiotics, mydriatics and cycloplegics, epinephrine, miotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
