Job Overview:
This position will develop, design, and create tools & processes that provide key analytics, with competitive insights to guide the direction of revenue and margin initiatives. Applies continuous focus to the creation of tools, reporting and processes to assess, analyze and identify deficiencies, root cause, and opportunities to solution & drive revenue growth. Develops and designs necessary analytics to drive organizational initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring improvement plans are in place for identified opportunities or projects. Monitors guardrails and policies relative to pricing and promotions based on revenue management strategy to ensure the organization maximizes both revenue and margin.
Job Responsibilities:
• Performs advanced variance analysis, including process and price modeling, sales approval analysis, regional pricing, and cost impact and other direct or indirect margin related programs incorporating data from different areas. Articulates revenue strategy based on competitive intelligence, syndicated data, and internal DataMart, Teradata, and Tableau to provide recommendations and solutions
• Develops and provides ownership of complex modeling analysis.
• Responsible for complex reporting processes on key functional KPI’s. Owns communication and analysis associated with reporting efforts.
• Performs advanced trend analysis – incorporates data from different areas and synthesizes. Findings incorporate cross functional impacts, trends, and industry news.
• Supports and implements data driven process improvements across functional areas. Proven ability to analyze business processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Contributes to business efforts around system development needs to execute the strategies around pricing, margin, and chargebacks
• Ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks with inter-relationships across processes. Work requires the direct application of a variety of procedures, policies and/or precedents. Supports all vital business reporting for pricing, costing, and margin oversite
• Participates in and sometimes leads cross-department white-boarding/problem solving sessions
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications: (Required & Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience, with proven success in complex business opportunities.
Knowledge:
• Experience with Alteryx; SQL; Power BI preferred
• Strong Strategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background. Not purely financial background
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills (numerical, verbal).
• Financial modeling experience
• Project Management experience strongly preferred
Skills/ Abilities:
• Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Teams, and other related applications
• Must be self-driven and very motivated.
• Must be comfortable working in a chaotic environment and working with constantly changing priorities.
• Leads and directs the work of others across the company, without direct organizational line of authority.
• Excellent organizational and relationship skills.
• System implementation and project management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in delivering solutions to complex business opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, diplomacy, and judgment. Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints as well as handle several tasks simultaneously required.
• Ability to create complex queries to support AdHoc reporting and database design.
• Ability to travel +25% of the time

Compensation
- Pay Range: $63800.00 – $115600.00 Annually ($30.67 – $55.58 Hourly)
