Banking experience would be great but will take a strong accounting clerk.

IRRM= Interest Rate Risk Analysis

Needs to be good with Excel!!! Doesn’t have to be Pivot table level but needs to be good with it.

Perform daily accounting activities – including trading updates and monthly processing procedures

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner with the appropriate corrections
  • Ensure complete and accurate information is sent out to the BBA clients
  • Communicate diligently and efficiently with other team members as needed
  • Willingness to adapt and implement any changes that occur driven by market, regulatory or software updates
  • Respond to inquiries, in a professional manner, from customers and other employees regarding the various reports prepared by the representative
  • Complete necessary daily tasks, and analysis of related bond accounting reports on a monthly basis.
  • The successful candidate will be: self-motivated, able to work independently and with a sense of urgency
  • capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously
  • detail-oriented with strong research, written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • able to collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • helpful and possess a “can-do” attitude
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • quickly adapt to proprietary software as needed

Experience:

  • Professional work experience in a related industry: 2-3 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service or Banking experience a plus
