Job Description
Community members in Tehachapi dreamed of a state-of-the-art hospital for decades. That dream became a reality when they partnered with Adventist Health to open a new 25-bed critical access hospital in 2019. Since opening, we have ushered in needed services, including surgery, emergency care and an intensive care unit. Meanwhile, our ability to attract new doctors, surgeons and care providers to the area has transformed and elevated the health experience in these rural mountain communities. But healthcare isn’t just about access to care – it’s about the way we care for you. At Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley, we don’t want to treat you like just another patient. Instead, it’s our commitment to care for you like family. To us, that’s who you are.
