Job Title: Utility Player Department/Group: Roofing Reports to: Production Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform initial roof inspections for salesmen.
- Meet adjusters at roofing inspections.
- Take photos and complete Job Site Inspection forms.
- Check in on builds as requested.
- Pick up and return materials when needed.
- Assist salesmen with 25-point inspections upon job completion.
- Pick up completion certificates, checks, or any other necessary paperwork when needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Fill out 100% of Job Site Inspection (JSI) forms at each job.
- Upload all necessary photos on the same day as the inspection.
- Show up on time for 100% of Adjuster Meets.

Requirements:
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry ladders.
- Comfortable climbing on roofs.
- The position will require lifting and carrying ladders, which can vary in weight but may exceed 50 pounds.
- Climbing on roofs is part of the job requirements, which may involve working at heights and in various weather conditions.
