Summary:
Duluth Public Schools is seeking an individual to develop, maintain and monitor safe, accurate and efficient bus routes. To schedule field trips with Bus Drivers and contractors. To train new and existing employees on State and School District requirements and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- One year of relevant experience in scheduling/coordinating fleet transportation
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the work.
Certification or Licensing Requirements (prior to job entry):
- Valid CDL Class B Driver’s License with passenger and school bus endorsements
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification.

- Single Coverage – District pays 100% of Basic premium (FREE)
- Family Coverage – District pays 25% of Premium

Retirement
- The District contributes 7.25% of your total salary in the Public Employees Retirement Association) pension plan.
- Employees may also elect to participate in Tax-Shelter Annuity options.
