This program will retire the agency’s existing legacy system and replace it with CGI’s Momentum solution for federal financial management and acquisitions. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in a dynamic environment using emerging data and analytics technologies and agile methodologies. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people, with opportunities to learn and grow as you help deliver the overall solution for a very large Federal government organization.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.
• Build and maintain sets of automations.
• Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations.
• Contributes to future technology architecture roadmap by recommending options from third party/cloud solutions and participating in Proof of Concept (POC)/Prototyping initiatives.
• Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
• Participates in estimation and planning activities within the Agile team
• Communicates daily with the Scrum Master and teammates on progress, plans for the day, and reports any issues blocking progress
• Participates in demos, code reviews, and retrospectives; communicates ideas for team continuous improvement and willingly receives feedback for self-improvement
• Focuses on delivering business priority and value at all times
• Participate in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems and issues. Report, track, and address defects. Deploy new versions of updated software and enhanced automations.
• Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation in Confluence to support development, security, operations

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ overall related work experience
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with automation and RPA solutions
• Implementation and Operational support of:
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
• Experience with Oracle database platform and use of SQL, including development of Stored Procedures and Database Triggers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of agile development including DevOps concepts
• Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements
• Proven analytical skills and Problem-solving attitude
• Track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance expectations, and achieving project goals
• Strong communication skills.
Desired:
• Familiarity, certifications, and/or experience with other RPA software tools (e.g., UiPath)
• Experience with ERP and financial solutions.
• Experience with Azure Cloud solutions

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certification. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000-$120,000.
