EBSCO’s Professional Services Product Management team is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Solutions Coordinator. The successful candidate will work with our SaaS Product Management, Development, Library Service Engineering and Sales teams to leverage user experience principles and assessment methodologies to develop searching, browsing, and indexing solutions that will meet the emerging needs of the SaaS and Stacks customer bases.

As the ideal candidate, you have demonstrated experience working with colleagues across the organization to define and implement information workflow solutions for our customers. The Opportunity

The SaaS Solutions Coordinator reports directly to Principal Product Manager for Professional Services. SaaS Solutions Coordinator will assist in providing customized solutions to EBSCO’s sales teams and customer base. This is done by having solid knowledge of EBSCO SaaS product features and benefits to enable evaluation of incoming customer requests and provide solutions recommendations. Collaboration is key in obtaining and confirming necessary information to form solutions. Solutions must be documented and quoted at a profitable rate.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a key member of the Professional Services Product Management team, working closely with the Product Management, Development, Library Service Engineers and EBSCO management team to:
  • Scope and quote Professional Services relating to SaaS opportunities
  • Define features for our SaaS offerings and create User Stories within our Agile development process
  • Utilize our project management system (monday.com) to manage professional services projects under your responsibility
  • Prepare the solution Statement of Work (SOW) which may include multi-year project planning, integration plans, scopes of work, etc. for a range of SaaS sales opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings and accommodate various time zones
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Proven knowledge of EBSCO SaaS products including EDS, Stacks, FOLIO, Panorama, Knowledge Services and OpenAthens.
  • Proven understanding of interoperability benefits and limitations within the EBSCO SaaS Suite
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role
  • Familiarity with library technology
  • Must be willing to work sporadic hours as needed to support international operations, deadlines and meeting times with short notice
  • Must be able to present to one or many people with little to no preparation
  • Must be willing to take on new duties/projects as needed by the business and/or prospect/customer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organization with a client focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze problems, identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with demonstrating experience owning work and delivering quality.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to complete assignments on time and manage multiple priorities concurrently, while delivering quality work.

Target Annual Compensation Range: $45,605 – $65,150. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
