Overview
This role will support PepsiCo Food for Good’s Fleet and Safety programs. Candidate must work out of either Dallas, TX or Houston, TX.
Locations:
- Dallas: 7800 Sovereign Row. Dallas, TX 75247
- Houston: 8363 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77055
Responsibilities
- Maintains and progresses Food for Good safety and fleet programs
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company and OSHA guidelines
- Manages safety and fleet reporting, records, policies, and procedures
- 25% travel requirements
- Maintain documentation of safety written documents, procedures, training, accidents, and all relevant documents
- Prepare weekly reporting for Safety data
- Act as liaison between city management and external suppliers, contractors, and safety agencies
- Manage the Food for Good Fleet program
- Ensure compliance to policies, applicable law, and regulations
- Maintain records of vehicles and driver files
- Prepare weekly reporting for Fleet data
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in LD&T Safety and Fleet
- Previous Safety or Fleet roles or equivalent
- Ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Competencies Required:
- Detailed orientated
- Ability to collaborate between multiple teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Compensation:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 – $60,000 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
