Reporting to the Sr Safety Services Manager, this position owns a stake in the growth of the Safety Services portfolio at Master Lock. The Safety Services Coordinator is responsible for a variety of activities including new customer set-up, issuing/approving purchase orders, invoicing, and development of Professional Services. This role is eligible for remote work.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Master Lock’s Safety Services offering, to accurately provide guidance and direction to both internal and external customers.
- Communicate with Pro Services Manager on project financial status.
- Manage calendar of on-going projects.
- Coordinate new services limited to new customer set-up, billing, and assist in project coordination with 3rd party service providers as needed.
- Enter and book professional service orders in Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Process Purchase Orders and Invoices to service providers and distribution partners.
- Develop and evolve Pro Services business database.
- Update and maintain job tracking documentation to include project tracking and business analytics data.
- Utilize Oracle Sales Cloud to maintain project management status.
- Communicate with finance and other key internal and external groups, communicating continuously to ensure excellence in service planning and execution.
- Assist Professional Services Manager for sales inquiries and requests for Pro Services materials and/or information.
- Write Professional Services Proposals.
- Communicate with Sales Team to determine scope of projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a services or sales support role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience in related field considered.
- Experience in Oracle EBS or similar platform.
- Demonstrated ability to execute.
- Effective project manager comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Above average MS Office Suite skills as they relate to the marketing function.
Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $34,090 – $53,570.
