Position: Sales Account Representative
Division: Business Development & Customer Success

Schedule: Full-Time
Reports To: Vertical Sales Manager

A Sales Account Representative develops and maintains relationships with Nomad GCS’ department leads, customers, and vendor partners, while understanding the sales methods and processes of the vertical team to deliver an exceptional quality experience to our customers.

Essential Functions / Responsibility:

Strategic

  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) in vertical and Nomad solutions offerings.
  • Be a subject matter expert in vertical industry best practices and innovation.
  • Use the Nomad brand and voice in execution.
  • Support identification and development of new business accounts.
  • Research and supply competitive intelligence to Vertical Manager.

People

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal department leads, key customers, and vendor partners.
  • Learn and execute Nomad’s sales methods and processes to deliver “Frictionless Customer Experience” and clearly defined and executable Sales Document Packages.
  • Support vertical manager to meet annual sales revenue goals.
  • Participate in regular knowledge sharing and performance feedback meetings
  • Serve as a Nomad ambassador.

Process

  • Follow and execute Nomad’s sales methods and processes to deliver “Frictionless Customer Experience” and clearly defined and executable Sales Document Packages.
  • Support Vertical Manager to meet annual vertical sales revenue goal, working within resource and budgetary constraints.
  • Support Vertical Manager in development of vertical and account planning, to include vertical performance, annual predictive planning, delivering predicted planning, vertical sales revenue closings, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide feedback and updates to Vertical Manager on tools and resources for sales organization being utilized, to include, but not limited to demo vehicles, ROM pricing tools, specification templates, proposal templates, configurator, past project photos, and videos.
  • Understand the theory and practical application of the HubSpot CRM tool.
  • Manage and maintain all account data in CRM with 100% documentation of account activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Continuous self-educating to optimally utilize CRM tool.
  • Manage individual opportunities as assigned.
  • Promptly engage with inbound leads as assigned.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk.
  • The expectation of travel as required supporting marketing objects, to attend seminars, promotions, etc. Travel will be at least 50%.

Working Environment:

  • Partially environmentally controlled indoor environment. Depending on the time of year, working temperature can fluxgate between 60F and 100F, but typically held at 70F.
  • Hearing protection available if desired on the production floor.
  • All Team Members must wear provided OSHA approved eye protection at all times on the Production and Fabrication areas on the Floor.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Understand the significance of the Nomad Core Values and demonstrate willingness to apply them to your work
  • High School Graduate, Diploma, or GED. Further education in Sales/Marketing field highly desired.
  • 2+ years of documented, successful experience in a Sales Professional role desired.
  • Experience in individual account management.
  • Evidence of CRM use and adherence.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
