Sales Administrative Assistant
Summary
Forge Nano Inc, a fast growing materials company with a focus on manufacturing nano-scale coatings across a wide range of markets, is seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. In your full-time role, you will serve as a point of contact for a variety of customers, handle queries about products, process orders and deliveries, and provide support for Sales Managers.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Maintain monthly sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Generate and manage email campaigns in Salesforce
- Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in Salesforce
- Manage lead and opportunity dashboards in Salesforce
- Create and manage custom Salesforce dashboards showing progress towards large strategic sales opportunities
- Liaise with the Operations and Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Occasional travel (up to 10%) to conferences will be required
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar (approx. 2-5 years)
- Experience administering a Salesforce CRM software implementation and MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams). QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Undergraduate level degree is a plus
- Certification in marketing, sales, or relevant field is a plus
- Japanese, Chinese, or Korean language is a plus
Work Environment
Work is predominately carried out in an office or work-from-home setting. When onsite in lab or manufacturing areas, the employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including but not limited to eye protection, gloves, steel toe shoes, lab coat. Library work is required. Strict adherence to corporate and/or plant policies, rules and regulations in these areas is required.

Compensation
- $55,000 – $65,000
