As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team. We need someone who has a friendly attitude towards customer service, and who is ready and able to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.
You’ll get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to potential clients. You’ll bring out the benefit of our products and be comfortable presenting them to anyone.

You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll sort out their issues and leave them delighted because you’re brilliant at customer service.
Along with being responsible for taking inbound calls, you will be required to make outbound sales/customer service calls, handle emails, and assist customers via LiveChat.
Shift Available: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
Compensation starting at: $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating and providing customer quotes in a timely manner.
- Recording and managing quote information in CRM to keep track of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Diligently following up and closing open customer quotes to ensure sales conversion.
- Managing cancellation requests, and ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and credited to the customer’s account.
- Supporting other representatives in various activities.
- Maintaining accurate customer master data system.
- Investigating systems and records to compile complete and accurate data for each customer.
- Promptly following up and responding to customer service calls and emails.
- Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Remaining current on all changes to department policies, procedures, and product information to accurately and consistently respond to customer inquiries.
- Conducting inbound contact handling and progression of open cases efficiently.
- Ensuring all customer contact and open case processing work is delivered to the agreed standards and within the expected timeframe.
